The purpose of this project was to provide few commercial facilities for Payra Port 32 acres area, as well as 16 acres area. First two floors facilitates daily needs, Restaurant and Rentable office space. Other 8 floors are hotel room facilities. This Building unparalleled itself with few features like external frames, which supports the building from seismic load as well as creates vista for the hotel residents. The entry porch is integrated into the building with column transformed into “V” shape. This makes the space more open and aesthetically identical.
