PAYRA SEA PORT - Terminal Building
Project Overview
The Payra Port Terminal Building is a strategic maritime hub designed to reflect the calmness and dynamism of its namesake, the "Pigeon" (পায়রা). Engineered for a high-wind environment, the structure features a signature "Wind Frame" to redirect atmospheric loads, while the RCC façade integrates transparent solar panels for sustainable power generation. To ensure future scalability, the project follows a phased construction model, evolving from an initial 5-story core into a 9-story landmark as port trade expands.
