Project Overview
The Feasibility Study for the Development of Amin Textile Mills Ltd. Site at Chittagong through Public–Private Partnership (PPP) was undertaken to evaluate the technical, environmental, and financial feasibility of redeveloping the existing industrial land into a modern, integrated textile and industrial complex. The project site covers a substantial area of approximately 21.53 acres, located within a strategically important industrial zone of Chattogram with proximity to port facilities, major road networks, utilities, and skilled labor. The assignment aimed to establish a comprehensive development framework to enhance industrial productivity, ensure regulatory compliance, and support sustainable long-term operation under a PPP delivery model.
