Project Overview

The Feasibility Study for the Development of Asiatic Textile Mills Ltd. Site at Chittagong through Public–Private Partnership (PPP) was undertaken to assess the technical, planning, and environmental viability of redeveloping the existing textile mill land into a modern, integrated industrial complex. The project site comprises a substantial land area of approximately 24.62 acres, strategically located in Chattogram with proximity to port facilities, major transportation corridors, utilities, and an established industrial ecosystem. The primary objective of the assignment was to formulate a comprehensive development framework that supports efficient industrial operations, regulatory compliance, worker welfare, and sustainable development under a PPP implementation model.

-Preparation of Tender Document
