Project Overview

The Feasibility Study for the Development of Bengal Textile Mills Ltd. Site at Jessore through Public–Private Partnership (PPP) was undertaken to assess the technical, environmental, and financial feasibility of redeveloping the existing textile mill land into a modern, integrated industrial complex. The project site covers an area of approximately 16.47 acres, located in an established industrial zone of Jessore with access to regional road networks ,Jessore airport, utilities and an available workforce. The objective of the assignment was to develop a comprehensive planning and design framework to enable efficient industrial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support sustainable development under a PPP delivery model.

-Layout plan
-Masterplan of 16.47 acres area
-Soil investigation review
-Design for 02 industrial buildings with administrative, ETP, boiler, Chiller, Compressor, Godown, Dormitories, generator room & sub station
-Pavement design of 0.77 acre
-Road design of 1.45 acre
-Design for boundary wall & gate
-Preparation of Tender Document
-Environmental assessment
-Construction cost estimation
