Project Overview

The Feasibility Study for the Development of Rangamati Textile Mills Ltd. Site at Rangamati through Public–Private Partnership (PPP) was undertaken to assess the technical, environmental, and financial feasibility of redeveloping the existing textile mill land into a modern and sustainable industrial facility. The project site comprises approximately 34.11 acres, located in the Rangamati district within the Chattogram Hill Tracts, an area characterized by undulating topography, ecological sensitivity, and strategic regional importance. The objective of the assignment was to develop an integrated planning and design framework that enables efficient industrial operations while ensuring environmental protection, regulatory compliance, and socio-economic sustainability under a PPP delivery model.
