Project Overview

The Feasibility Study for the Development of Sundarban Textile Mills Ltd. Site at Satkhira, Khulna through Public–Private Partnership (PPP) was undertaken to assess the technical, environmental, and financial feasibility of redeveloping the existing textile mill land into a modern and sustainable industrial facility. The project site comprises approximately 29.49 acres, located in the Satkhira district of the Khulna region, an area characterized by its proximity to the Sundarbans, coastal climatic conditions, and a sensitive ecological setting. The objective of the assignment was to formulate an integrated development framework that enables efficient industrial operations while ensuring environmental protection, regulatory compliance, and long-term sustainability under a PPP delivery model.

-Preparation of Tender Document
